MSc/ PhD in Organic Chemistry, with 1 or more years of academic/ industry experience

Apply for 1 or 2 year openings to post-doc for projects in Medicinal Chemistry or Biology. You may choose to stay on at Satya at the end of this period, if there are suitable positions available

PhD(org chem) with 6-8 years of experience in a CRO/ NCE R&D environment.  

Proven experience of Managing/ Leading teams comprising of at least 5-6 Research Associates/ Chemists. 

Willing to work on the bench (50%) and independently provide scientific leadership (50%) to the group. 

Design and optimize synthetic routes for novel small molecule targets . 

Actively collaborate with computational & medicinal chemists, biologists and other scientists in drug discovery projects.

Mentor junior chemists, actively manage their learning and drive productivity and efficiency.  

Proficiently interpret analytical methods for compound characterization (1D and 2D NMR, LC/MS, and other analytical techniques).
